The movie starts with introductions to the people of Small Town, USA. Along them are the huge breasted evangelical radio preacher Eufaula Roop (Ann Marie) who mounts Martin Bormann inside a coffin, a salesman who gives oral pleasure to a large breasted housewife (Candy Samples) and the very large African American Junkyard Sal (June Mack) who sleeps with her working class employees.

In a post-apocalyptic New York City, a policeman infiltrates the Bronx Warriors, which has become a battleground for several murderous street gangs. It’s the dead of night, and nobody at all is on the street. On the other side of the bridge, a Manhattan runaway, girl named Young Ann is attacked by a gang of street hockey players!

Because their planet will be destroyed in 500 years, two goofy-looking aliens (with big bulbous heads, long protuberant tongues and limp balloons for ears) land on Earth and commence Operation Procreation with a stroll down Hollywood Boulevard.
